She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverand Hughe Glen and Margarite Myers; her husband Ronald Morey; and her siblings, Jane Smith (Richard), Eileen Pike (Herb), Betty Myers, Keith Myers (Linda) and Reverand Harry Myers (Anne).
She is survived by: her son Ronald Morey Jr. (Debra) of Bakersville; her grandchildren, Paul Frasier (Jessica) of Bakersville, Jessica Porter (Duane) of Bakersville and Joshua Morey (Tracey) of Bakersville; her great grandchildren, Dana Porter, Duane Porter, Jane, Skyla Frasier, Ashton Frasier and Dixie Frasier; and her great great grandchild Colton Atwood.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Mitchell County Senior Center, 152 Ledger School Rd., Bakersville, NC 28705.
