He is survived by: his wife Cathy Lynn Pitman Freeman; his sister Glenda Ward of Nebo, NC; his sisters-in-law, Alma Pitman (Tommy) of Spruce Pine, NC, Kay Freeman of Spruce Pine, NC and Doris Freeman of Spruce Pine, NC.; and his brothers, Dickie and Billy Freeman.
