She was predeceased by: her parents, Zellian McCoury and Myrtle Stevenson McCoury; her husband Darrell Ledford, Sr.; and her son Darrell'Scooter'Ledford. She is survived by: her brother Pat Phillips (Judy Dellinger) of Bakersville; and her nephew Dickie McCoury (Susan) of Plumtree.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Chapel of Webb Funeral Home (128 Roan Rd, Spruce Pine, NC 28777). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wilson Cemetery.
