She was predeceased by: her parents, Redon Harris and Alvenia Harris; her husband Guion Gaskill; and her siblings, Vivian Lewis, Ruby Salter, Nellie Zenger, Ross and Glen Harris.
She is survived by: her son Kevin J. Gaskill (Joyce) of Stacy, NC; her stepson Colon Gaskill (Bonnie) of Louisburg, NC; her grandson Travis Gaskill; her great grandchild Eden Gaskill; and her stepgrandchildren, C. W. Gaskill, Teresa Gates, Dawn Brown and Keith Williams.
