She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark "Biddy" Martin and Justeen Martin; and her brother Bill Martin (Pat Hall). She is survived by: her children, Charles Meacham (Lumi) of Georgia, Terri Hilton (Ray) of Texas and Ann Wyrick (Chet) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Laura Hilton McWhorter (Travis), Ryan Wyrick (Janet), Lana Hilton Beck (Daniel), Darin Hilton (Haleigh), Andrew Wyrick (Kasey) and Samantha Wyrick Lutz (Chris); and her siblings, Shirley Pickard, Dorothy Vestal (Albert) and Bob Martin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Baptist Church (7103 Sandy Creek Church Rd, Staley, NC 27355).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the American Red Cross, Piedmont Triad Chapter, 1501 Yanceyville Street, Greensboro, NC 27415.
