He is survived by: his wife Linda Brown Manning; his daughters, Heather Smith (Mike) and Melissa Manning; his stepsons, Barry York and Joseph York (Regina); his siblings, Kathy Jackson, Sandra Sailors, Margaret Patterson and Julian Glenn Manning; his grandchildren, Amber Smith, Kelsey Burke, Olyvia Burke, Hannah Brisbee, Nathan Smith and Cameron Smith; his great grandchildren, Shealynn Boatner, Justin Bryarley, Kadence Foust and Morgan Smith; and his stepgrandchildren, Casey York, Maggie York, Dalton York and Savannah York.
