He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Houmpheng Phanthalack. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Kortekaas and Carol Kortekaas; his wife Laddy Phanthalack Kortekaas; his daughter Isla (Craig); his brothers, Barry (Tarra), Adam (Bethany) and Kevin (Heather); his mother-in-law Chanhsy Phanthalack; his sisters-in-law, Laddie Phanthalack Swain (Jeff), Manisone Phanthalack and Annie Phanthalack; and his siblings' children, Hunter, Gavin, Grayson, Elim and Isabel.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made in Craig's memory to The Glioblastoma Research Organization (http://www.gbmresearch.org.).
