With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley Efird of Stanfield, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shirley left this world on May 11, 2026 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawson Shinn and Helen Shinn. She is survived by: her children, Debra Eudy (Ricky Eudy), Cindy Capps (Wayland Capps), Wendy Stroupe (Torben Stroupe) and Kenneth Page Jr.; and her sisters, Betty Chaney and Ella Thomas. She is also survived by grandchildren and ten treasured great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Providence Church of God (12474 NC-24 #27, Locust, NC 28097).
