He is survived by: his mother Tammy Kelly Dellinger of Stanley; his siblings, Lauren Dellinger and Ryan Dellinger (Ashley) of Stanley; his nephews, Nate, Corbin and Noah; and his caregivers, Lashonda, Justice and Jaleah.
