She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Herman McGinnis and Margaret Cecelia Rhodes McGinnis; and her sister-in-law Ellen McGinnis. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Newton (Angela) and Eric Newton (Susan); her siblings, Charlotte Jenkins (Ray), Carla McMahan (Michael) and Tony McGinnis; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Vogle, Trey Ridge (Nikki), Maggie Newton, Jason Newton (Amanda), Stacie Blanco (Julio) and Sydney Newton. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
