He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Greene and Juanita Greene; his wife Peggy Greene; and his sons, Todd and Chad Greene.
He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Slifer (Mark); his sister Eris Ash; his grandchildren, Mallory Kirkland (Taylor) and Caleb Greene; his great grandchildren, Miller Kirkland and Coleson Greene; and his pet Holly.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Community Pentecostal Center (320 Ralph Handsel Blvd, Stanley, NC 28164). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at the Hillcrest Gardens Cemetery (1508 Charles Raper Jonas Hwy, Mt Holly, NC 28120).
