He is survived by: his brother Christian; his children, Billy Ray Kovach, Jr., Josh Heath Kovach and Karrie Vanessa Gatlin; his grandchildren, Lailah of Stanley, NC, Colin of Stanley, NC, Elijah of Stanley, NC, Cameron of Stanley, NC, Ethan of Stanley, NC, Foster of Stanley, NC, Christian of Stanley, NC and Josh Jr. of Stanley, NC; and his brother Thomas Darrell Kovach of Tamcliffe, WV.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel Mounts Funeral Home (253 4th Ave, Gilbert, WV 25621). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at the Highland Memory Gardens (42 Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery Rd, Chapmanville, WV 25547).
