She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha Preston Cudd and Violet Pender Cudd; her son Ashley Young; her half-brother Otha Cudd, Jr.; and her nephew Phillip Cudd.
She is survived by: her husband David Young; her daughters, Sheri Krauth (Carl) and Meredith Berry (Lee); her grandchildren, Caleb Young (Janeen), Cade Krauth (Sydney), Nolan Berry and Grant Berry; and her nieces, Bronwyn Caldwell and Phyllis Powers.
