She is survived by: her brother Wayne Helms of Hemby Bridge; and her children, Sandra Rhoton, JoAnn Wilson and John Crook. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. And many caring nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carothers Funeral Home (412 S Main St, Stanley, NC 28164). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
