She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Perkins Walkowiak (John) and Leslie Perkins Drumm (Derek); her grandchildren, Heather (Chris), Zachary, Erin (Mitch), Darian (Cole) and Trinity; her great grandchildren, Emery, Chloe, Talon, Sawyer, Huntley, Sage and Clover; and her siblings, Denise Brotherton (Jeff), Dawn Martin, Mike Martin (Rhonda) and Stevie Martin (Sherry). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
