It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Edward Nantz of Stanley, North Carolina, who passed away on April 21, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Norman has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William David Nantz and Lois Rachel Gibson Nantz; and his siblings, Alvin Dwight Nantz, Betty Ann Schumaker and Dorothy Jean Hayes.
He is survived by: his wife Nina McFalls Nantz; his children, Shane Edward Nantz and Crystal Lynn Nantz; his granddaughter Jade Sky Tate; and his siblings, Kenneth David Nantz and Francis Gail Stewart.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jade's Home (2022 Mt Zion Church Rd, Alexis, NC 28006).
