He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie Helms Nixon and Charlie McCall Nixon; and his brother Doug Nixon. He is survived by: his wife Judy Severt Nixon; his daughter Christie Walker; and his granddaughters, Julia Walker Swett (Jared) and Grace Walker. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
