She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Henry Smith; her parents, Carl Ledford and Ezie Ledford; her son Mark Anthony Smith; and her siblings, Bobby, Carl Jr., Doug Ledford and Betty Brace.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Huffstetler and Scott Smith; and her daughters-in-law, Tracey Sturgill and Kelly Smith. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and many great grandchildren; a niece and nephew.
