She was predeceased by: her husband Johnnie W. Skinner; her son Larry James Duke; her grandchildren, Brittany Williams Bunn and Larry Walter Duke; her great grandchild Ashton Duke; her parents, James W. Webb and Eva Mae Bridgers Webb; her siblings, Annie Carr, Mary Bunting, Dorothy Thompson, Evelyn Finch, Rufus and Robert Webb; and her sons-in-law, Steve Williams and Jerry Wiggs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Williams of Wilson, Terry Horne (David) of Stantonsburg and Evelyn Wiggs of Stantonsburg; her grandchildren, Lesley Pierce (Brian) of Stantonsburg, Jonathan Williams (Kim) of Wilson, Cody Horne of Stantonsburg, Tony Duke of Spring Hope, Ronnie Duke of Wilson and Jeremy Horne of Rutherfordton; her great grandchildren, Sarah Farmer (Man) of Stantonsburg, Noah Pierce of Stantonsburg, Anna Pierce of Stantonsburg, Travis Duke of Wilson and Sierra Duke of Wilson; and her great great grandchildren, Wyatt, Hallie Farmer of Stantonsburg, Logan, Victoria and Ashton Duke of Wilson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Westmoreland Pentecostal Holiness Church (3102 Tilghman Rd N, Wilson, NC 27896). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Park (2800 Nash St N, Wilson, NC 27896).
