He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fedrick "Freddy" Owens, Sr. and Hilda Louise Jones Owens; and his brother Patrick Andrew "Buddy" Owens. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Mills Owens; his children, Charles Ryan Owens (Lauren Estridge Owens) and Ashley Brenna Owens Kirk (Matthew David Kirk); and his sisters, Melody Owens Cabe (Bob) and Rhapsody Owens Squires (Marty). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
