He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Sr. Tyndall and Lillie Mae Overman Tyndall; and his daughter Tara Tyndall Carter. He is survived by: his wife Gale; his daughter Shannon Honeycutt (Russell); and his grandchildren, Meagan Honeycutt Valcourt (Brett), Jami Honeycutt-Lockamy (Caleb), Anna Grayce Honeycutt, Hunter Jernigan (Jamie) and Lexi Jernigan.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Stantonsburg (313 S Main St, Walstonburg, NC 27883).
