He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Lee Lapish; and his siblings, Melvin Dean Lapish, Janet Elaine Lapish and Janice Delaine Lapish. He is survived by: his wife Jill Mills Lapish; his children, Gregory Lee Lapish (Stephanie Gardner) and Leigh Anne Lapish Satterwhite (Adam) of Wake Forest; his sister Melissa Lapish Poteat (Kenny) of Statesville; and his grandchildren, Sarah Christine Lapish, Kayleigh Marie Lapish, Jackson Lee Lapish, Holland Marie Satterwhite, Graham Everett Satterwhite, Bennett Reid Satterwhite, Lillie Fraser Satterwhite and Isla Grace Satterwhite.
