She is survived by: her sister Gideon Band; her children, Jabrel Chambers [Ayona Jones] of Statesville, Caleb Chambers of Statesville and Genae Chambers of Statesville; her grandchildren, Yaziri Williams, Avery Lelois of Hickory, NC, Alijah, Alaya and Aadyn Jones; her siblings, Mary Alexander, Alisa Kimbrough (Jimmy), Tandra Hargers (Timothy) of Statesville, NC and Thomas Chambers (Freddia); and her aunts and uncles, John Carr, Robert Alexander, Dean Tate, Betty Sue Barnes, Linda Faye Carr, Vera Flowers (LJ), Matthew Brown (Loretta), Sam Brown (Stephanie), Felton Brown, David Brown, Dennis Brown (Sandra), Evelyn Brown, Carolyn Cuthrell, Teresa Brown, Bertha Nesbit and Phyllis Brown. She is also survived by family and friends.
