He was predeceased by : his mother Emma McClain Dye. He is survived by : his father Anthony Jerome Dye, Sr.; his siblings, Geneva LaShay Dye of Statesville and James Charles Dye of Statesville; his niece Autumn Marie Dye Clark; his nephew Landon Zachariah Clark; his aunt Pamela Chambers of Statesville; his cousin Darian Campbell; his close friends, Dondre Johnson, Joshua Thomas, Xavier Poole and Dontell; and also Emma. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rutledge and Bigham Mortuary (603 S Center St, Statesville, NC 28677). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
