He is survived by: his sons, Bryant DeShawn Setzer and Keith; his grandchildren, Baby Gio and Gio Désean Setzer; his siblings, Chrystal Pass, Trinetta Setzer (Sly), Yolanda "Tina" Moore (Steve), Calvin Setzer and Tyrale Setzer; his aunts and uncles, Furman Mott (Ann), Marvin Setzer, Linda Hammons and Annette Anthony; his close friend Chrissy Reynolds; and his cousin Rita Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Greater Praise Ministries (1947 E Broad St, Statesville, NC 28677). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
