He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Delaine Stokes, Melissa Faye Stokes, Fonda Annette Stokes and Jennifer Damita Stokes; his grandchildren, Latoya Stokes, Autumnn Ramsey, Symone Stokes and Kordell Millsaps; his great grandchildren, McKenzi Stokes, Kazyah Miller, Memphis Cauthen and Stephon Heller; his siblings, Ted Stokes, Sr. and Vehester Dalton; his sons, Henry Ellis and Kenneth Bennett; his in-laws, Cecil Mayberry (Valerie), Leon Mayberry (Claudette), Emily, Melvin, Gwen, Denise and Wanda Mayberry; and his close friends, Charlie Feimster, John Rucker, Jim Bailey and Rev. Ernest Stinson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, church family, and dear friends.
