He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Pharr and Mary Johnson Pharr; and his daughter Elaine Foster. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Louise Pharr; his daughter Debbie Weston (Gary); his stepson Ralph Stevens (Kelly); and his siblings, Alfred Pharr (Madeline) and Dorothy Privette (Pete).
