He was predeceased by: his parents, Buford Kiser and Virginia Ritchie Kiser; and his wife Barbara Freeland Kiser. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Edwards (Ross), Watsann Carver and Daniel "Shane" Kiser (Anna); his sister Connie Adams (Billy); and his nieces, Haylee, Kaylee and Destiny Freeland. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Troutman Funeral Home (345 N Main St, Troutman, NC 28166). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
