He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Kay Fesperman Kurley; his children, Michael Scott Kurley, Keith Allen Kurley and Lisa Carol Kurley; his sister Patricia Stephen; and his grandchildren, David McMahan and Lori Parham. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home (705 Davie Ave, Statesville, NC 28677). The military honors was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (114 N Oakwood Dr, Statesville, NC 28677).
