We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2024, at the age of 92, Grace Ann Winters of Statesville, North Carolina, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Grace Ann Winters to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Guisseppe Scalia and Santa DeStefano Scalia; her son Brian Winters; and her siblings, Ida Scalia and Anthony Scalia.

She is survived by : her children, Karen Kavanagh and Keith Winters (Melissa); and her grandchildren, Sean, Jacque, William, Melissa, Ryan, Caitlin, Kerri Ann, Daniel, Cayleigh, Tristan and Christopher. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cavin-Cook Funeral Home (494 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Therese Catholic Church (217 Brawley School Rd, Mooresville, NC 28117).
