Barbour; his daughters, Lisa Galliher (Van) of Statesville and Nicole Engelbert (Matt) of Bremen, Georgia; his grandchildren, Hunter Galliher (Madison), Haley Halsey (Matt), Gavin Engelbert and Emmie Engelbert; his great grandchild Rhys Halsey; and his brothers, Mike Barbour and Doug Barbour.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Providence Methodist Church (1273 Old Mocksville Rd, Statesville, NC 28625). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
