She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Austin Jordan and Deemie Brooks Jordan. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Johnson of Stony Point, NC and Nelson Johnson (Susan) of Raleigh, NC; her grandchildren, Matthew Johnson (Lindsay) of Statesville, NC, Brian Johnson (Brittani) of Robbins, NC and Sarah Johnson of Raleigh, NC; her great grandchild Easton Johnson; her brother-in-law C. O. "Jap" Johnson (Carol) of Stateville, NC.; her friends, Landrea and Rick Rhyne (family: Carol Johnson) of Statesville, NC; and her caregivers, Leonard LaBrake, Ayonna Pierce, Annette Longhi and Crystal Hooks. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM at the Troutman Funeral Home (345 N Main St, Troutman, NC 28166). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pisgah Methodist Church (488 Hill Farm Rd, Hiddenite, NC 28636).
