He was predeceased by: his sister Jamie Renee Christopher; and his grandparents, Johnny, Dorothy Cash, Virginia and Ray Monroe Christopher.

He is survived by: his daughter Alivia Christopher; his parents, Susan Broyhill and Ray Christopher; and his pet Axl.

In lieu of flowers Jonathan was recently planning to setting up a college fund for Alavia.
