As Joyce departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Joyce. Though Joyce may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Andrew Kale and Lela Burns Kale. She is survived by: her husband Barry D. Sigmon; her sons, Shelby Haithcox (Alyssa) of Statesville and Clinton Haithcox of Statesville; her stepdaughter Natalie York (Ethan) of Snow Camp; and her brothers, Daniel Elwood Kale (Jill) of Stony Point and Andrew Bryce Kale (Tammy) of Statesville. She is also survived by her four grandchildren; her six nieces and one nephew; and eight great nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to St. Paul Lutheran Church of Statesville 1950 Salisbury Rd., Statesville NC 28677.
