In loving memory of Katie Lee Lytton of Statesville, North Carolina, who departed this world on October 8, 2025 at the age of 52. Katie leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Though Katie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Katie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She is survived by: her close friend Isaac Bines; her godmother Cathy Grimes; her parents, Gary Douglas Lytton and Mary Macemore Parrish; and her siblings, Wendy Lytton and Scottie Lytton. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery North Oakwood (114 N Oakwood Dr, Statesville, NC 28677).
