He is survived by : his father Roy Teasley; his children, Alexis Jaquary Blackwell of Statesville, Destiny LaShae Mayfield of Statesville, Jazlyn Marie Mayfield of Statesville and Kontrel Diviest Mayfield, Jr. of Statesville; his brothers, Courtney Mayfield of Troutman and Curtis Mayfield of Troutman; his grandfather Charles; his great-aunts, Shelia Mayfield and Rosetta Cherry; his uncles, Anthony Cherry, Michael Goss, Kendall Goss (Pamela) and David Mayfield; his grandchildren, Ayden Blackwell, Sean Blackwell, Breylen Blackwell and Savyah Williams; his close friend Shannon Blackwell of Statesville; and his cousin David Parks. He is also survived by other relatives, neighbors and friends.
