She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha Anne Gillis and Harry Eugene Fortner; her son Jerry Lee Moore, Jr.; and her sister Debbie Fortner Bumgarner. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Moore Rankins; her son-in-law Rhyne; her grandchildren, Austin Moore, Elizabeth Moore (Traquon Jefferson) and Tiffany Moore; her great grandchildren, Mason Moore, Kyro Jefferson and Leilani Jefferson; and her sister Patricia Fortner Fraizer.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Nicholson Funeral Home (135 E Front St, Statesville, NC 28677).
