He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward A Millsaps and Pearlie Parker Millsaps; his son Rayford Clayton Millsaps; and his grandson Clayton Thomas Millsaps. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Tilley Millsaps; his daughter Debra C. Millsaps (Ingo Krahn) of Claremont; his granddaughters, Nancy Bustle and Melissa Smith (George); and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Crystal (Chris), Sally, Luke, Adam, Haylen and Anna.
