She is survived by : her husband Richard; her daughters, Lenore Yurkovich of Allen, TX, Janet Horoschuck (Michael) of Statesville, NC and Tonette Ciano of Stow, OH; her grandchildren, Nicholas Yurkovich (Alecia), Chelsea Yurkovich and Roman Ciano; her great grandchildren, Fallon and Grayson Yurkovich; her grandson Jorge Oliva; and her caregiver Chastity Warren.
