We are sad to announce that on May 7, 2025, at the age of 75, Violet Chapman of Statesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Violet may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Violet touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Ray Hicks and Lottie Hicks; and her son Brett Allen Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Ray Chapman; and her children, Derick Tyler Chapman, John Edmund Chapman, Robert Pernell Chapman and Pamela Sue Chapman.
