He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Campbell and Sylvleen Elliott Campbell Hawkins; and his nephew Joshua Waugh. He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Waugh (Greg) of Statesville and Becky Tayse (Jay); and his friend Donna Smith. He is also survived by his two nephews, his two great nephews, and his 2 great nieces.
