She was predeceased by: her parents, Perman Brown and Esther Anne Allison Brown; her siblings, Carolyn Brown, Alonzo White and Floyd Allison; her granddaughter Allison Chambers; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas Murdock and Martha Allison.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Chambers (Cathy) and Fort Valencia Brown; her sister Tillie Jane Murdock; her grandchildren, Perman Brown, Daniel Brown (Michelle), Brantley Chambers (Autumn) and Daniel Brown Chambers Jr.; and her sister-in-law Mildred Allison. She is also survived by grandchildren great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Nicholson Funeral Home (135 E Front St, Statesville, NC 28677). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
