She was predeceased by: her father Charles Prevatte; and her grandparents, Orren, Clara Prevatte, Osborne and Retha Locklear.
She is survived by: her mother Lenora Prevatte (Lynn); her fiancé Donnie Ratley; her daughters, Katilyn Crespo (Julio), Hailey Barnes (Hunter Seaman) and Caitlin Replogle; her grandchildren, Alexa, Mason Crespo and Bentley Seaman; her sisters, Beverly Chavis (Mike) and Victoria Tyler; and her siblings' children, Brittney Clemmer and Chance Chavis.
