He is survived by: his daughter Summer Collins (Chad) of Council, NC; his brother Brooks Bell of Aura, CO; and his grandchildren, Marissa Hall of Bladenboro, Austin Chavis of Boaz, AL, Tristen and Noah Harvey of Council, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
