With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Grace Johnson Tew (Stedman, North Carolina), who passed away on July 26, 2025 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Grace Johnson Tew to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Landon Edgar Johnson and Carolyn Holmes Johnson; her husband Weaver Tew; and her brother Billy Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Angela Turner (Bobby) of Fayetteville, Melanie Tew of Raleigh, Rebecca Tew Soto (John) of Florida and Justin Tew of Stedman; her grandchildren, Brittany Howard, Kala Conoly, Heidi Dittus, Caroline Dittus, Sabrina Crandall and Isabella Crandall; her great grandchildren, Ava Howard, Ivy Howard, Kai Howard and Dakoda Jones; and her brothers, Thomas Johnson and Danny Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Butler Funeral Home (6535 Clinton Rd, Stedman, NC 28391). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
