She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Kelsey; her children, Roger Malcolm Kelsey of Stedman, Wayne Anthony Kelsey of Stedman, Karen Angela Norris (Ralph) of Church Hill, TN, Diana Kelsey Byrd of Stedman and Darryl Everett Kelsey (Lisa) of Stedman; her grandchildren, Kevin Blair, Joey Blackwell, Chris Niermans, Amanda Stewart and Katlyn Naylor; and her brother John Thomas Roark. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
