She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazley Horne and Lester Mae Horne (Miller); and her siblings, Rufus Horne, Sr., Martha Wilson and Freida Diane Maxwell.
She is survived by: her husband David Maxwell; her son David Maxwell, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Heidi Maxwell; and her sister Ester Hetrick.
