She was predeceased by: her husband Delmer Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Theta Bullard, Thelma Brown, Milton Bullard, Mittline Cartrette, Wilma Gautier, Landon Bullard, Jethro Bullard and Benny Ray Bullard.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Hollingsworth Collier (Richard) and Mark Hollingsworth (Priscilla); her grandchildren, Holly Hatchell (Josh) and Clark Collier; her great grandchildren, Chase and Baker Hatchell; her pets, Rusty, Trudy and Carlie; her parents, Harvey Bullard and Ruth Bullard; and her sister Judy Blackwell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Beaver Dam Baptist Church or Lower Cape Fear LifeCare.
