He is survived by: his wife Jean Hancock Perry; his daughters, Vicki Smith (Stephen), Donna Quirk (Terry) and Alice Perry; his grandchildren, Leah Smith (Duke), Kara Chadwick (Eric), Aaron Quirk (Jenn) and Spencer Quirk; and his great grandchildren, Dallas, Perry Chase Smith, Kenan, Tucker Chadwick, Eden, Hudson, Asher Quirk and Shane Quirk. He is also survived by several nieces and, nephews.
