He is survived by: his wife Ruby Loughman; his children, Victoria Melvin (Chris), Timothy Adam Loughman (Sarah) and Erica Brooke Webb (Nathan); his grandchildren, Jaylin, Henry, George Loughman, Connor Brady and Fred Webb; and his siblings, Mark Loughman (Arleen) and Faith Oliver (Jeff). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
